In another step towards UK gas development, Hartshead has awarded a contract for the geophysical surveying of favoured pipeline routes.
Gardline was chosen to carry out the in-situ geophysical investigation and laboratory test work of the preferred export routes within the Anning and Somerville sites in the UK Southern Gas Basin.
The pipeline route survey is a critical step in Hartshead Resources’ (ASX:HHR) wider plans to develop sustainable energy infrastructure while prioritising safety and environmental preservation.
From the company’s point of view, the survey results will ideally form a critical component of the Environmental Statement, along with a detailed understanding of the seabed conditions to assist in the eventual pipelay.
