Viaro Energy makes another acquisition as HALO looks ‘beyond’ upstream

Viaro Energy has bought the Dutch portfolio of Hague and London Oil (HALO), reports Energy Voice. The piece notes that this latest transaction follows Viaro’s £250m acquisition of RockRose Energy and agreement to purchase SSE’s upstream gas assets last year.
